We put it out our first home workout video! It has been quite a challenge to keep working out at home..but we want you to keep healthy and exercising!

This one is all about upper body, we show you 5 different exercises, focus on your biceps, triceps, abs and shoulder.

You don't need any equipments, just grab 2 bottle of waters if you need little weights.
